"I have always wanted to bring people together, to help others see the oneness in all people and cultures. For me, it's about creating family and community, bringing people and resources together that help our world become a better place.

I've seen the love that Tama brings into every room she enters and I've wanted to help that love spread. And I wanted to share my own love and help others access theirs. Like Tama, I wanted to create a place, a resource, where people feel welcomed and honored and seen. I am dedicated to helping to make Awakening Artistry that place.

In 1992, I left my career plans midstream to follow my sense of adventure and honor an emerging truth within myself. Drawing from my years of work in overcoming addiction and my new studies of A Course in Miracles, I flew to Europe on a one-way ticket and backpacked through Europe and Asia.

Eventually, I found myself back in the corporate world where I won top awards and accolades for my performance. Yet as my accomplishments continued to grow, so did the hole in my heart. Once again, I was walking in a world that did not belong to me or my heart. Having worked part-time with Tama for several years on the side, I decided to leave the corporate world again in 2002 and devote myself full time to the growing demands and opportunities of Awakening Artistry. I am continuing to find new expression for my ever-growing voice within. And the journey continues..."
